Sheffield City Council
Sheffield City Council is employing the Adaro Software solution to power the city’s SafetyNet+ program. The SafetyNet+ Program builds on 5 years experience of working with Sheffield City Council, enhancing and extending their local child index, supporting the agility of the Council to respond to front line information sharing demands and culminating in the current product offerings to deliver and enhance the value of the National ContactPoint program.
James Randall, Senior Solutions Architect, Sheffield City Council comments:
"The responsiveness of the Adaro support teams during the development, accreditation and deployment of Safetynet+ cannot be faulted; it is largely down to their dedication that we have such a powerful practitioner tool at our disposal.
Safetynet+ empowers Sheffield to fully exploit the benefits of the National ContactPoint system, the ease with which we can enrich our data with additional case management systems that would never normally contribute to ContactPoint is of significant benefit to front line workers.
There is no doubt in my mind that the capability to alert other colleagues working with a child of changes and updates to involvements in real time contributes to the success of multi-agency collaboration in Sheffield, without Safetynet+ this would not be possible.
The availability of a local best view will allow us to deploy our local index capability in Sheffield to a much wider population than that envisaged to be using ContactPoint but the use of a single interface, a common alerting system and a common practitioner repository means that non-ContactPoint users can fully contribute to the shared services agenda”
Rother District Council
“One of the advantages of working with Adaro Software on integration is that they can provide the kind of partnership working that delivers results. They understand and support our overall strategy. We tell them what the underlying databases are behind the systems and where our data resides in the Applications, and what we want to achieve and they have the software and expertise to deliver at a cost that is within our financial reach” said Richard Chown, Rother District Council Business Development Manager.
Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council
Susan Gray, Systems and Change Manager, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council said: "Adaro offer an excellent performing adaptor solution in which we have high confidence that it will meet all of our local requirements. It is achievable in both financial and human resource terms. It is a product which is fit for purpose and is useable in a local authority setting. We have high confidence levels in the work that they have undertaken with Sheffield and their expanding adaptor and hub customer base. Our relationship with our suppliers is of high importance to RMBC, particularly in relation to future product development and we are also confident that they have the resource and will to support a shared service. They have proven their ability to meet practitioner needs through their fully integrated solution should we ever decide to go down that route."
Department for Communities and Local Government
The National Register of Social Housing (NROSH), established by the Department for Communities and Local Government (formerly The Office of The Deputy Prime Minister), has employed Adaro Software to create an automated data extraction toolkit system. Adaro Software has used Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Suite to validate and submit this data to the main NROSH database using a standardized XML schema, automating what was once a lengthy inexact paper-based process conducted each year. Using the Adaro Software solution NROSH can produce timelier and more useful trend reports, informing more effective strategies and saving significant public resources.
“Public sector entities, domestically and abroad, are increasingly looking toward technology to better service their constituents, improve efficiencies, and tap the resources and knowledge of multiple social service agencies in a cost-effective manner,” said Paul Bellamy, Vice President of Alliances, International, HealthVision. “We are proud to work with Adaro Software to enable Sheffield City Council and the NROSH, as well as other organizations, to take advantage of their existing data systems to better protect their residents.”
